He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Barnes; his children, Deedra Moody (Jimmy), Lisa Shook (Luke) and Gary Barnes Junior (Cai); his grandchildren, Justin, Amanda, Kara, Erica, Erin, Rylee, Zach, Jadyn and Ethan; and his sisters, Patricia Martin and Diane McAteer. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
