He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Liston Roach; his daughter Melanie Adkins (Leon Adkins); his grandsons, Matthew Adkins and Ryan Adkins (Alex Stowell); his son Hal Roach, Jr. (Marjana Lindsey Roach); and his brother David Roach (Donna Roach). He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Trinity Episcopal Church (3401 Bellaire Dr S, Fort Worth, TX 76109).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Hal's name to Trinity Episcopal Church or the TCU Frog Club.
