She is survived by: her children, Karen McCarver (David), Kathy Short and Allen Short; her grandchildren, Jess Hewitt, Lauren Amiton (Rian), Mark Foster-McCarver (Riley), Mike McCarver (Lena), Alaina Short, Brian McCarver (Bianca) and David McCarver (Sherry); and her friends, Glenda Schmidt and Joan Martin. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Greenwood Memorial Park (3100 White Settlement Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76107).
