He is survived by: his niece Kitty Scott (Jessi); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ginnefer, Eddie and Jaymee; and his siblings, Joyce Ann Hoover Vines (Randie), Ronnie Dean Hoover (Lisa) and Larry Nelson Hoover (Susan). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
