He is survived by: his children, Terry Mathis (Gayla), Cindy Hazlewood and Stacia Greenwood (Daniel); and his grandchildren, Billy, Jeff, Taylor, Jacob, Cole, Dallas, Jay and Cody. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
