He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack David Hudgens, Sr. and Dorothy "Bobbie" Geneiva Wafer Hudgens. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Rene Hook; his children, Jason (Michelle) and Megan (Blaine); his siblings, Debbie (Bill) and Steve (Shay); his stepmother Brenda; his grandchildren, Marissa and Kurtis; his nephew Michael; and his nieces, Harlie, Haylie and Mindy. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
