She is survived by: her mother Norma Jean Ballard-Newton; her husband Donail Williams; her daughters, Portia Rae Thomas and Kimberly Williams; her grandchildren, Maliah, Kyler and Kimora; and her siblings, Brenda Ballard-Lockett, Kathy Newton-Barr and John Newton. She is also survived by husband and the love of her life, for 35 years, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, friends, coworkers.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM at 6206 South Fwy, Fort Worth, TX 76134. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church (2823 N Houston St, Fort Worth, TX 76106). A burial will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery.
