He was predeceased by: his wife Jessica Davis; his father Ralph; his grandparents, Marvin Stephens, Edith Guisinger, Charles and Bessie Cook; and his great-niece Scottlynn Rose.
He is survived by: his daughters, Catrina and Cayley; his mother Nola; his sisters, Tina Gutierrez (George) and Marlo Allen (JD); his aunt Ella Cook; his siblings' children, Elisha Richardson (Jason), Shawnee Haggard (Michael), Alana Franklin and Anthony Gutierrez; his great-nephew Taylor Gutierrez (Mikey Haggard); his great-nieces, Brooke Richardson, Jaclyn Haggard and Aspen Gutierrez; his brother Jason Sarlow; Carol Ann Jordan.
In lieu of any floral donations, we ask that everyone put that towards donations / money for his two daughters.
