He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvie Rogers and Anna Rogers; his brothers, Bill and Bob Rogers; and his grandson Adam Paul Rogers.
He is survived by: his significant other Linda Rogers; his children, Rick Rogers and Raye Lynn Kirkland (John); and his siblings, E. V. Rogers and Shirley Johnson. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
