Moss (Brooke Cole); her mother Linda M. Patrick; her nephew Nicholas A. Springer (Chelsea Springer); her great-nephew Colt A. Springer; her uncle Tommy Machen (Susie Machen); and her cousins, Lyn, Jyoti Machen and Julie Ryan.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the donor's local humane society in Jodi's honor.
