With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joe Campbell (Fort Worth, Texas), born in Pecos, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 17, 2025 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joe Campbell to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Campbell and Winnie May Campbell (Whitmire); and his siblings, Joanna and Wesley. He is survived by: his wife Melva Pearl Campbell; and his sibling's children, Shauna Campbell, Craig Campbell, Kevin Campbell and Thorne Campbell.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greenwood Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Greenwood Funeral Home (3344 White Settlement Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76107). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Westworth Church of Christ (5728 White Settlement Rd, Westworth Village, TX 76114).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the North Texas Humane Society.
