He was predeceased by: his father Jim. He is survived by: his wife Melany; his daughters, Paige (Ryan) and Tori; his grandchildren, Magnolia and George; his mother Wanda; his mother-in-law Mary; and his brothers, Mark (Nancy) and James (Susan).
