He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Iva Guthrie, Fred and Sarah Dunham. He is survived by: his parents, Jeffery Dunham and Dorothy Dunham; and his sisters, Tina Shelton and Teresa Moody (Brandon). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
