He is survived by: his sons, Joseph Richard Jr. Joseph and Frederick Scott (Michelle); his wife Mary Ann Ivins; his sister Nora Bumb (Charles); his grandchildren, Ashley Seher, Amanda Herzer and Stephen Herzer (Mariah); his great grandchild Sophia; Martha Herzer.
