He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Libonati (Mary Libonati) and Mary Libonati. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Libonati; his daughters, Annie Schacht (Cameron) and Katie Anderson (Jason); his grandchildren, Julia, Josie, Carl Joseph (CJ) and Amelia; and his sister Mary Ann Kampschror.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and the Alzheimer's Association.
