He was predeceased by: his parents, Dexter Elliott Chipps and Mildred Chipps (Bradley). He is survived by: his wife Pamela Chipps (Tow); and his brothers, Bradley Chipps and Dexter E. Chipps Jr.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
