She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Tebay and Lee N. Tebay; and her sister Kathryn Norman. She is survived by: her husband Troy Simmons; her granddaughter Zoey Watt; her sons, Christopher Bryan Tebay and Bradley Watt; and her sisters, Vicki Causey, Elizabeth Deean Lao and Cynthia Tebay Burleson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
