He was predeceased by: his wife Ramona Forbis; his parents, Rev. Allen Curtis Forbis and Juanita Ethelyn Forbis; and his sister Juanita Lynette Forbis. He is survived by: his children, Jack Allen Forbis (Mary), David Lee Forbis and Sharon Lyn Forbis; his sister Elizabeth Dell; his sister-in-law Suzanne Foster; his nephew Robert Dell; his nieces, Silvia Dell, Rita Dell and Stephanie Menchaca; and his grandchildren, Jake Travis Forbis and Ashlyn Jo Forbis.
