Barbara Greenfield wrote a sympathy message

“My teenage years were spent with Mark as a little brother. The best friend of my brother, Mike, he was always considered a part of our family and loved as such. It seems he was always there. At Thanksgiving every year someone will tell the story of how Mark Hostettler said "pass that good stuff", forever changing the name. The good stuff (sweet potato casserole) is now a traditional dish and always called the good stuff. It's hard to believe that sweet kid is gone, but not forgotten.”
