With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marlon Evans Seghetti of Fort Worth, Texas, who passed away on July 18, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Evans (Pace) and Lon Evans; her husband Fred Seghetti; her son-in-law Bill Geiger; her brother-in-law Richard Dulaney; and her former husband Dale Lanier.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Lanier Geiger and Janet Lanier Walker (Scott); and her sisters, Kitty Evans Loveless (Jim) and Peggy Evans Dulaney. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Greenwood Funeral Home (3344 White Settlement Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76107). A burial was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Greenwood Memorial Park (3100 White Settlement Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76107). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Greenwood's Live Oak Chapel (3100 White Settlement Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76107).
