He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Lowery; his sons, Frank Lowery, Johnny Lowery and Douglas Lowery; and his grandchildren, Chris Lowery, Todd Lowery, Robert Lowery, Stacy Lowery, Veronica Lowery, Luis Lowery and William Lowery. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
