She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Howard Pharis and Ruby Elizabeth Collie; her siblings, Robert Pharis, LaVerne Washington, Nelda Wadsworth and Dorothy Campbell; and her grandson Joshua Campbell.
She is survived by: her husband Billy Ray Campbell; and her children, Billy David Campbell (Lorrie) and Patti Stovall (Toby). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family would cherish a donation made in her name to the First Baptist Church of Hurst Library.
