He was predeceased by: his siblings, Sam Cates and Barbara Green; and his brothers-in-law, Norman Green and John Harville. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his son Perry; and his siblings, John Cates (Karen), Linda Harville and Debbie Sawyer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
