He is survived by: his significant other Betty Jones; his children, Phillip Dwight Simons Jr. (Aurora) and Kathy Deanne (Gary Boss); his sisters, Linda Sue Lemons and Kay Ellison; and his grandchildren, Alison Boss, Zachariah, Christopher, Raiden, Jonah, Charlise-Marie and Sara. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family.
