He is survived by: his wife Irene Palacio; and his children, Raymond, Chris Palacio, Phillip Herrera (Lisa), Gloria Segura (Alberto), Celinda Flores (Jesse) and Felicia Herrera. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
