He is survived by: his wife Angela Mackey; his mother Carolyn Hill; his children, Tessie Mackey Lopez (Gilbert), Randall Lee Mackey, II (Olivia), Carolyn "Changaa" Mackey and Ella Mackey; his grandchildren, Jordyn, King, Navie, Ayden, Masen, Sabastian and Penelopie; and his siblings, Christy, Jamie and Jason. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
