He is survived by: his children, Kristen Rushing (Dwayne) and David Ensey (Shannon); his grandchildren, Megan, Melissa, Tyler, Taylor, Allison, Cortney and Clayton; his great grandchildren, Gavin, Lucas, Samuel, Mason and David; and his brother Steve Ensey (Rhonda). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended loving family members.
