He is survived by: his wife Linda S. Hall; his sister Margaret Brown; and his children, Richard K. Hall, Cynthia A. Wynkoop, Michael D. Hall, Marvin R. Austin III and Jeremiah Austin. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and eight great-great-grandchildren.
