He is survived by: his wife Liz Moore; his daughters, Nia Irene Hernandez (Eloy) and Cassandra Kaylee Welter (Tommy); his grandchildren, Michael I. Moore, Jayden, Ryan Hernandez and Brittney Welter; and his siblings, Barbie Lee (Jessie) and David Moore. He is also survived by his loving nieces and nephews.
