He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rosie Lee (Washington) and Maxson Reginald Barnett; his wife Marilyn J. Price; his daughter Nicole D. Isabel; his brother Cranston Compton; his sons, Robert "Nicholas" Barnett of Seabrook and Jonathon Barnett (Angela) of Fort Worth; and his siblings, Sundra Allen of Houston and Maxson Barnett of Missouri City. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
