He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul D Pennington Sr. and Sallie Jones Pennington; and his siblings, Diana Bailey, Mary Elaine Nichols (Mare'lane) and Paul Pennington Jr..
He is survived by: his daughter Rhyan Micayla; his wife Ronda Tindall Pennington; his son Ruston Pennington (Amanda); his grandchildren, Evryn, Mila, Aslan, Mallory and Miles; and his sisters, Paula Kubecka (Dennis), Peggy McCarty (Royce) and Nancy Younger (Gene). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
