He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis H. Owens and Lucille Green Owens; his daughters, Shelley and Sharyn Owens; and his brother Danny Owens of Granbury.
He is survived by: his wife Leah; his nephew David Owens (Donna); and his nieces, Shannon and Danna Owens. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
