It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Roger D. Owens (Fort Worth, Texas), who passed away on October 14, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis H. Owens and Lucille Green Owens; his daughters, Shelley and Sharyn Owens; and his brother Danny Owens of Granbury.
He is survived by: his wife Leah; and his sibling's children, David Owens (Donna), Shannon and Danna Owens. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Biggers Funeral Home (6100 Azle Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76135). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Dallas Fort-Worth National Cemetery (2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211).
