With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ron Murphy of Fort Worth, Texas, who passed away on November 27, 2025 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathryn Murphy and Walter Murphy; his sister Joyce Newby; and his niece Dana Murphy. He is survived by: his significant other Johnny Ramos; his siblings, Tina Oubre and Danny Murphy (Linda); his siblings' children, Jessica Millsaps (Dustin), Lyndsie Li (Justin) and Nolan Newby (Faythe); his pets, Harpo and Lola; and his close friend Vanette Bell.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Brownsville Memorial Gardens (2488 US-70, Brownsville, TN 38012). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at the Club Changes (2637 E Lancaster Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76103).
