He is survived by: his wife Connie Butler Rose; his sister Dr. Mary Ann Weinacht; and his children, Leslea Rose, James Rose and Matthew Rose (Sheryl). He is also survived by five grandsons; two great-granddaughters; and nephews and nieces.
