He is survived by: his wife Gayla Roberts; his son Alston Roberts (Katie); his grandchildren, Caroline Attyah (Beau), Andrew Roberts (Sarah Maria) and Diana Roberts; his great grandchild Stella Attyah; his stepsons, Jeff Lindberg (Mindy) and Greg Lindberg (Crystal); his grandchildren, Jenna Lindberg (Kelton) and Jake Lindberg; and his great grandchild Lainey Shook.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, Dr. Roberts family asks that donations be made to Lighthouse for the Blind Fort Worth, 912 West Broadway, Fort Worth, Texas Services will be held in Greenwood's Live Oak Chapel, 3100 White Settlement Road, Fort Worth at 2:30 p.m. on February 27, 2026, with a reception to follow.
