She was predeceased by: her parents, William John Milligan Sr. and Jewel Dailey Milligan; and her brothers, Richard and Robert Milligan. She is survived by: her daughter Layla (Keith Newman); her brother John Milligan Jr.; and her daughter Shannon Kroen.
A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Morrison Funeral Home Chapel (700 Oak St, Graham, TX 76450). A burial was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at the Pioneer Cemetery (1430 4th St, Graham, TX 76450).
