She was predeceased by: her parents, William Eugene Roach and Dorothy Marie Tidwell Roach; her husband Lee Roy Burns; and her siblings-in-law, Doris Burns and Melvin Burns.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry, David Logan, Sheila and Randy Burns; her stepchildren, Ronnie Burns, Ricky, Rhonda Burns, Rhonda Johnson and Renee Burns; and her siblings, Michael Roach (Linda) and Ruth Donahue (Danny Caliendo). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, an organization with which she was actively involved.
