He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Howard and Lorinda Howard. He is survived by: his sisters, Malia Howard and Marsha Hubbard (Gary); his nephew Matt Hubbard (Sara); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Austin, Asher Hubbard, Avery and Kai Scoggin.
