He was predeceased by : his parents, Delbert I. Dake, Sr. and Sylvia Frances Michael. He is survived by : his brothers, Delbert Dake, Jr., Daren Dake and Jamie Conner; his nieces and nephews, Zachary James Dake, Trevor Eugene Dake, Shane Lee Dake, Cloei Jordon Adams, Callum Hunter Dake, Caitlyn Conner and Ayden Conner; and his cousin Michael Smith. He is also survived by cousins and other family and friends.
