She was predeceased by : her daughter Sherri Lynn Crossett; and her brother Tommie. She is survived by : her husband Raymond Britton; her daughter Susan Slick; her son-in-law Errette Slick; her son Steven Crossett; her daughter-in-law Susan Crossett; her children, Richard, Adriane Britton and Paula Britton; and her grandchildren, Alicia Lay, Ariel, Mariah, Malachi Slick, Tina McLain, D'Lynda Crossett, Kristy Cassidy, Stacy Locasto, Emily McArthur, Olivia Laxson, Audrey Britton, Chris, John, Michael, Brian Britton, Evan, Perry and Girard Britton. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sandburg Room, Mount Olivet Chapel - Greenwood Funeral (2301 N Sylvania Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76111). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (1017 Boyd Rd, Azle, TX 76020). A burial was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at the Mount Olivet Cemetery (2301 N Sylvania Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76111).
