He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack George Traylor and Betty Jo "Eddings" Birdwell; his stepfather Jerry Birdwell; his daughter Kelli Traylor; and his brother George "Tommy" Traylor.
He is survived by: his children, Steven Traylor, Jr. (Andrea) and Jessica "Traylor" Willis (John Wesley Willis); his stepmother Shirley Traylor; his siblings, Richard Traylor and Lisa Myrick; and his grandchildren, Caroline "Traylor" Hood and Jack Willis.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Steve's name to Bosque Animal Rescue Kennels, a tribute that reflects his lifelong love for animals.
