He was predeceased by: his mother Oleatha James (Aaron James, Sr.); and his granddaughter Niya'Lynn James (Aaron James, Sr.). He is survived by: his wife Deloris James; his children, Annie S. Williams (Lorenzo) of Arlington, Debra Lawson of Byron, MS, Michael Travis (Pam) of New Orleans, LA, Curtis Travis of Fort Worth, Terri James, Sullivan James, Jr. of Atlanta, GA, Karin James, Adrain Taylor of Huston and Robyn James Mack of Rayville, LA.; and his brother Aaron James (Gail) of Ruston, LA.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
