He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Smith; his children, Terri White, Terrance Smith and Teresa Murchison; and his siblings, Roy Lee Jackson, Fredrick Jackson, Dwayne Smith, Roy Smith, Gloria Henry, Hattie Solomon and Linda Brown. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 4 greatgrandchildren.
