He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Loyola Epps; his children, Natacha Marie Madrigal-Scott (Derek Scott), Thomas Phillip Epps II (Melissa Epps), John David Epps and Mario Angelo MadrIgal; his grandchildren, Charolette Epps, Aspen Epps, Nicholas E Madrigal, Jeremy E Madrigal and Irelan Rose McKean; his sister Mannetta Kay Headley (Michael); his nephews, Andrew M Headley and Lloyd Charles; and his niece Amanda Headley Davenport.
