He was predeceased by: his parents, Zettie May Cannon and James Arthur Johnson; and his sisters, Karen Elliot and Janet Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Pamela J. Johnson; his daughters, F. Michelle Epple, Pattie Domenech and Paige Chestnut; and his grandchildren, Zachary, Quentin, Autumn, Abby and Olivia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
