He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Workman and Reba Workman; and his sister Cindy Gulik. He is survived by: his wife Sheila; his children, Tabitha Fowler (Jesse) and Jeremy Workman; and his brother Mike Workman (Brenda). He is also survived by five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations may be made to the American Cancer Society and the International Aids Society.
