She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Stanley Shults and Lillie Maude Page Shults; her husband Elmer Billinger; and her daughter Connie Davis. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey, Charlotte Billinger, Kathy and Brian Renz; her grandchildren, Paige, Steven Tietze, David, Seanna Billinger, Melissa, Chad Grabowski, Ryan, Dee Dee Renz, Jeffrey, Morgan Davis, Sara and Andrew Klooster; John Davis. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
