He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Greg Everwine (Leellen), Tim Everwine (Jenny), David Murray (Elizabeth) and Diane Reuter (Mark); his grandchildren, Amy Singleterry (Brian), Joseph Murray, Sarah Moelling (Samuel), Katherine Everwine and Kristine Everwine; his great grandchildren, Marin, Rose Singleterry and Gwenivere Moelling; his sister Betty Johnson; and his nephews, Randy Johnson (Ticia) and William Johnson (Sherri).
