He was predeceased by: his parents, William T. Denning and Elizabeth Denning. He is survived by: his wife Mary Kay Denning; his children, Danielle Dollahite (Ben) and Brian Denning (Jaclyn); and his grandchildren, Emory and Sheridan Dollahite.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Missouri Botanical Garden where both Bill and Mary Kay were active supporters.
