He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edmond and Mallie Abigail May; and his siblings, James Andrew, Marvin Ray, Joe Melvin, John Daris and Ruthie Jewel Sharp.
He is survived by: his sister Bessie Russell of Cleburne. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
